On 03 May 2025, DDGM Alfred Leonard Domingo performed his first official act as the District Deputy Grandmaster of Masonic District RIII Nueva Ecija East and Aurora by visiting the brethren of Allium Cepa Masonic Lodge No. 453 in the historic town of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija.  DDGM Alfred was installed as the official alter ego of the Grand Master, MW Raul Canon Jr., who took over as the 107th Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepeted Masons of the Philippines, in governing MD Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at the conclusion of the 108th Annual Communication that was convened at the World Trade Center in Pasay City on April 24-26. On August 19, DDGM Jebong with VW Rep. Rommel Angara (PDDGM) of the Lone District of Aurora and Bro. Mayor Rhett Angara of the Municipality of Baler convened the subordinate Lodges of MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora in the historic capital town of the province of Aurora, the birthplace of MW Mnuel L. Quezon who was the first president of the Philippine Commonwealth as well as the first Filipino Grand Master, to commemorate his life and times on the occassion of his 146th birth anniversary. Celebrating Quezon Day is an important event in MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora's calendar, a highlight of the month of August's flurry of District initiated activities that included a District "Brigada Eskuwela" where DDGM Jebong in behalf of MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora distributed school supplies to 70 students of the Tamale Elementary School in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija... ...and the District "Takbo Obelisk" Fun Run that raised almost P350,000 to erect a Masonic m...

On 19 July 2024, DDGM Jebong convened the subordinate Lodges of Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at the Talavera Masonic Lodge 273 for their annual District Convention . With DDGM Jebong presiding, the District Convention unanimously elected VW Hossain Shamsoddin Vostakalaei , one of its past District Deputy Grand Masters, as its nominee for the position of Junior Grand Warden in ANCOM 2025. In between, DDGM Jebong continued with his official visits to the District's subordinate Lodges --- in Baler whose Lodge memorializes the first Filipino Grand Master and in Palayan City that has been Nueva Ecija's capital city since 1965 --- to remind and exhort the brethren to " bring more light among Mason " which is is the central them of Grand Master Ariel Cayanan's incumbency. As is the tradition, DDGM Jebong announced the beginning of his incumbency by visiting the first four subordinate Lodges of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora. He first visited Model Masonic Lodge No. 373 in Sto.
