As is the tradition, DDGM Jebong announced the beginning of his incumbency by visiting the first four subordinate Lodges of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora. He first visited Model Masonic Lodge No. 373 in Sto. DDGM Jovito "Jebong" Caysip of Pantabangan-Bonari Masonic Lodge No. 203 officially assumed the leadership of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at the conclusion of the 107th Annual Communications of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of the Philippines on April 27 that was convened at the New Clark City in Angeles City, Pampanga. " Let There Be More Men in the Light and Let There Be More Light Among Masons ".  Guided by this year's theme, DDGM Jebong together with the three other District Deputy Grand Masters from Nueva Ecija (North, South, West) will be assisting  Grand Master Ariel Cayanan  in overseeing the compliance of subordinate Lodges to the rules and regulations of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.  He will be supported by Junior Grand Lecturer Edison Rivera who is also the concurrent District Secretary, and an able team of District Grand Lecturers namely VW Adriano Ramos of Palayan City Masonic Lodge No. 331, VW Esteban Nicanor Domingo of

On 16 June 2022, the cornerstone for Ang Bagong Bayan Masonic Lodge No. 463's temple was laid in a ceremony that was presided by Grand Master Johnny Pimentel with DDGM Rommel Angara. Almost 10 months later, the Grand Master and DDGM Rommel are back in Llanera, Nueva Ecija to preside over another cornerstone laying ceremony with the brethren of ABB 463 and MD Nueva Ecija South and Aurora.  The second cornernstone laying ceremony was necessary because the site where ABB 463's Masonic temple was to be built was relocated to a more convenient and accessible area. The 1,000-square meter lot for the new site was donated by VW Ed Alfonso who also graciously handed over 1 million pesos to jump start the building of ABB 463's Masonic temple. Former congresswoman Micaela Vialogo of Nueva Ecija's Second Legislative District was also on hand to warmly greet Grand Master Johnny Pimentel and DDGM Rommel who were her former colleagues in the House of Representatives.  

It took 7 years to build King Solomon's Temple but only 4 months to erect Kasiguruhan Masonic Lodge No. 423 Masonic edifice. Such was the effort invested by DDGM Rommel Angara and the brethren of Kasiguruhan 423 that an amazed Grand Master Johnny Pimentel who travelled 354 kilomenters from Manila to preside over the temple's dedication ceremony said that it could be the record for the fastest Masonic temple ever built within the juristiction of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.   In a ceremony that is as old as the history of the Craft, the Brother Architect who supervised the construction of the Temple surrendered the Square, Level and Plumb to the Grand Master who after examining the work done gave his approbation and dedicated the edifice to the honor of Freemasonry, to Virtue as reflected in the moral duties of the fraternity, and to the Universal Benevolence of cordial affection to the whole family of mankind.    After the dedication ceremony, a marker was unveiled by Gr

VW Edwin Ubungin is actually the incumbent District Deputy Grand Master of Masonic District Nueva Ecija North. At the same time, he is also the incumbent Worship Master of Ang Bagong Bayan Masonic Lodge No. 463 which is under the jurisdiction of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora. So it was rather a unique moment when he as Master of ABB 463 received and accorded grand honors to DDGM Rommel Angara of MD Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at their second public installation rites that was held at Narra Masonic Lodge No. 171 in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija which is within the jurisdiction of MD Nueva Ecija North.  In his message to the Lodge, DDGM Rommel reminded the brethren of Grand Master Johnny Pimentel's theme of maintaining harmony and to ensure this, peace and unity should prevail. "Freemasonry is a brotherhood of men and as a big family, it is our obligation to provide relief to a distressed worthy brother and his family". This was the message of DDGM Rommel Angara as he closed the 39th public installtion rites of the Manuel L. Quezon Masonic Lodge No. 262 where WB Leo Arevalo handed over the Lodge's leadership to WM Kim Adrian Yanga. It was a poignant moment for DDGM Rommel since Baler is his homecourt and his father, the late  Mayor Joselito Angara is in fact MLQ 262's first son where his brother, incumbent Baler Mayor Rhett Ronan Angara,  is also a member.    And WB Kiam Adrian was all smiles after receiving DDGM Rommel's P30,000 donation to support his Lodge's projects.
