After DDGM Leonard Alfred Domingo's first official visit to Allium Cepa Masonic Lodge No. 453 where the assigned Grand Lodge Inspectors for MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora were installed and the District governance was turned over to him, DDGM Alfred buckled down to ensuring his subordinate Lodge's strict adherence to MW Grand Master Raul Canon Jr.'s  theme of  "Bawat Isa sa Masoneriya ay Mahalaga”.

In his ensuring official Lodge visits, he was warmly received by WB Percival Cena and the brethren of Pantabangan-Bonari Masonic Lodge No. 203 on May 10, by WB Lemuel Rafanan and the brethren of Playan City Masonic Lodge No. 331 on May 17, and WB Joseph Digno and the brethren of Kasiguruhan Masonic Lodge No. 423 on May 31 whom he reminded of the Masonic Year's focus on the "inward journey of individual Masons" and the "outward manifestations of this journey". 

"The aim," DDGM Alfred explained, "is to reawaken each Mason’s consciousness and remind us to practice the basic tenets of Freemasonry within our Lodges (internal) and in our daily lives (external), thereby better enabling us to ensure the welfare of each Mason".

DDGM Alfred stated that to realize this aspiration, the current Masonic Year shall focus on the science (i.e. Masonic Education) and art (i.e. application of Maosnic teachings) of Freemasonry towards restoring the relevance of Freemasonry and effectively pursuing its mission in promoting love, fostering brotherhood, and achieving harmony among Masons and men.

This will be implemented through the Masonic Year's emphasis on Masonic Education, Masonic Governance, and Masonic Improvement, he added. 

DDGM Alfred concluded that that it was for this purpose that he is adopting an innovative governance strategy of supporting and enabling the Disistrct's subordinate Lodge's compliance to the Grand Master's theme and programs instead of convening separate District activities.

DDGM JEBONG IN JULY: District Convention Elects DDGM Hossain as its JGW Nominee

On 19 July 2024, DDGM Jebong convened the subordinate Lodges of Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at the Talavera Masonic Lodge 273 for their annual District Convention . With DDGM Jebong presiding, the District Convention unanimously elected VW Hossain Shamsoddin Vostakalaei , one of its past District Deputy Grand Masters, as its nominee for the position of Junior Grand Warden in ANCOM 2025. In between, DDGM Jebong continued with his official visits to the District's subordinate Lodges --- in Baler whose Lodge memorializes the first Filipino Grand Master and in Palayan City that has been Nueva Ecija's capital city since 1965 --- to remind and exhort the brethren to " bring more light among Mason " which is is the central them of Grand Master Ariel Cayanan's incumbency.
