DDGM Jebong Takes the Helm as DDGM Fitz Steps Down After an Outstanding Year of Leading MD Nueva Ecija and Aurora

DDGM Jovito "Jebong" Caysip of Pantabangan-Bonari Masonic Lodge No. 203 officially assumed the leadership of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at the conclusion of the 107th Annual Communications of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of the Philippines on April 27 that was convened at the New Clark City in Angeles City, Pampanga.

"Let There Be More Men in the Light and Let There Be More Light Among Masons". 

Guided by this year's theme, DDGM Jebong together with the three other District Deputy Grand Masters from Nueva Ecija (North, South, West) will be assisting Grand Master Ariel Cayanan in overseeing the compliance of subordinate Lodges to the rules and regulations of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines. 

He will be supported by Junior Grand Lecturer Edison Rivera who is also the concurrent District Secretary, and an able team of District Grand Lecturers namely VW Adriano Ramos of Palayan City Masonic Lodge No. 331, VW Esteban Nicanor Domingo of Talavera Masonic Lodge No 273, VW Hernan Andres and VW Ricardo Padilla of Allium Cepa Masonic Lodge No. 453, VW Jonell Torregosa of Kasiguruhan Masonic Lodge No. 423, VW Valdimir Poblete of Pantabangan-Bonari Masonic Lodge No. 203, VW Leo Avellano and VW Fernando Arthur Yngente of Manuel L. Quezon Masonic Lodge No. 262, and VW Virgilio Santos of Model Masonic Lodge No. 373.

To ensure the continuity of the Craft's work, DDGM Jebong's first activity is to install the District's Grand Lodge Inspectors who will guide the subordinate Lodges in pursuing their labors. In a ceremony held at the Allium Cepa Masonic Temple in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija on May 4 that was presided by DGL Johnell as the Installing Officer, DGL Virgilio as Master of Ceremony and DGL Esteban Nicanor as Assistant Master of Ceremony, the following brethren were entrusted with the noble task of serving as guardians of Masonic rituals and Lodge governance:

And on May 25, the gavel of MD Nueva Ecija East and Aurora's leadership was received y DDGM Jebong from immediate past DDGM Fitzgerald Hierco in a turnover ceremony at the Allium Cepa Masonic Temple that was witnessed by the District's past DDGM's namely VW Rhommel Martinez who was the presiding officer, VW Hossain Shamsudin Vostakalaei, and VW Rommel Rico Angara who was also the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

For his outstanding contributions to the District, DDGM Jebong also presented PDDGM Fitz with a Token of Appreciation in grateful recognition of his unselfish service to the Craft after which VW Rayner Lorenzo delivered his message to the brethren assembled as the Keynote Speaker.
