The idea of establishing a Masonic lodge in Bongabon started when WB Dr. Daniel A. Razon and WB Danilo V. Ilagan, two visiting brothers from Chicago, invited WB Virgilio S. Baldovino Sr. to a fellowship in Brgy. Tulay na Bato, Bongabon. In that gathering, the idea of organizing a Masonic lodge in the Municipality of Bongabon was discussed. Immediately thereafter, efforts were made by WB Virgilio Baldovino and other Master Masons to inform other brothers residing in Bongabon of this plan.

VW Prudencio J. Elegado of Nueva Ecija Lodge No. 73 and Bro. Gen. Ricardo I. Padilla of Antonio R. Lamson Lodge No. 290 next invited all Masons residing in Bongabon to a fellowship at the residence of Bro. Romeo Tolentino in Brgy. Sampalucan on 02 November 2012. The meeting was attended by 7 Master Masons who agreed to organize a Lodge and formed an informal working group called the Bongabon Onion Travellers Club with the following officers: Bro. Ricardo I. Padilla as President, VW Prudencio J. Elegado as Vice-president, WB Virgilio Baldovino Sr. as Secretary, Bro. Francisco U. Collado as Treasurer, Bro. Herman Andres as Auditor, Bro. Romeo Tolentino as PRO and Virgilio Salvador as Business Manager.

While the Club was initiating the establishment of the lodge, regular Friday afternoon meetings were held at the rsidence of Bro. Ricardo Padilla who is the municipal mayor at that time, to prepare the requirements and discuss possible qualifications for membership. One such rule is to open membership to those who were born in Bongabon, a son of a Bongabon-born brother, or married to a Bongabon-born sister. A list of 38 qualified Master Masons was then made. The membership was later opened to accommodate non-residents of Bongabon in order to meet the requirements of Edict 294 (MW Gazmin) which prescribes that the Three Lights should be Past Masters and that Past Masters shall comprise 50 percent of the total members. 

Allium Cepa Lodge UD was instituted on 16 November 2019 by MW Agapito S. Suan Jr. with VW Prudencio J. Elegado as Charter Master, VW Conrado Q. Sante as Senior Warden and WB Eric Jayson Sulfelix as Junior Warden. The lodge was named after the main crop of Bongabon whose scietific name is Allium Cepa.

As is the tradition, DDGM Jebong announced the beginning of his incumbency by visiting the first four subordinate Lodges of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora. He first visited Model Masonic Lodge No. 373 in Sto. DDGM JEBONG IN JULY: District Convention Elects DDGM Hossain as its JGW Nominee

On 19 July 2024, DDGM Jebong convened the subordinate Lodges of Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at the Talavera Masonic Lodge 273 for their annual District Convention . With DDGM Jebong presiding, the District Convention unanimously elected VW Hossain Shamsoddin Vostakalaei , one of its past District Deputy Grand Masters, as its nominee for the position of Junior Grand Warden in ANCOM 2025. In between, DDGM Jebong continued with his official visits to the District's subordinate Lodges --- in Baler whose Lodge memorializes the first Filipino Grand Master and in Palayan City that has been Nueva Ecija's capital city since 1965 --- to remind and exhort the brethren to " bring more light among Mason " which is is the central them of Grand Master Ariel Cayanan's incumbency.
