It took 7 years to build King Solomon's Temple but only 4 months to erect Kasiguruhan Masonic Lodge No. 423 Masonic edifice. VW Edwin Ubungin is actually the incumbent District Deputy Grand Master of Masonic District Nueva Ecija North. At the same time, he is also the incumbent Worship Master of Ang Bagong Bayan Masonic Lodge No. 463 which is under the jurisdiction of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora. So it was rather a unique moment when he as Master of ABB 463 received and accorded grand honors to DDGM Rommel Angara of MD Nueva Ecija East and Aurora at their second public installation rites that was held at Narra Masonic Lodge No. 171 in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija which is within the jurisdiction of MD Nueva Ecija North.  In his message to the Lodge, DDGM Rommel reminded the brethren of Grand Master Johnny Pimentel's theme of maintaining harmony and to ensure this, peace and unity should prevail. "Freemasonry is a brotherhood of men and as a big family, it is our obligation to provide relief to a distressed worthy brother and his family". This was the message of DDGM Rommel Angara as he closed the 39th public installtion rites of the Manuel L. Quezon Masonic Lodge No. 262 where WB Leo Arevalo handed over the Lodge's leadership to WM Kim Adrian Yanga. It was a poignant moment for DDGM Rommel since Baler is his homecourt and his father, the late  Mayor Joselito Angara is in fact MLQ 262's first son where his brother, incumbent Baler Mayor Rhett Ronan Angara,  is also a member.    And WB Kiam Adrian was all smiles after receiving DDGM Rommel's P30,000 donation to support his Lodge's projects.

For the last time, WB Ricardo Padilla welcomed DDGM Rommel Angara and his party at the 3rd public installation rites of Alliun Cepa Masonic Lodge No. 453 that was held at the Maosnic Temple of Palayan City Masonic Lodge No. 331. And for the first time, WM Hernando Andres feted DDGM Rommel with a token of appreciation immediately after his installation. In his closing address in this year's 5th installation rites, DDGM Rommel reminded the brethren of Masonic District Nueva Ecija East and Aurora that Masonry is a family under the fatherhood of God and is therefore imperative that Masons should take care of one another including their families.
