DDGM Hossain Takes a Bow as DDGM Rommel Angara Takes Charge of MD Nueva East and Aurora

As the afternoon waves of the Philippine Sea gently licked the shores of Luzon's southern coast line, the brethren of Masonic District RIII Nueva Ecija East and Aurora congregated at the Baler Beach Club in the Province of Aurora to witness the transition of the District's leadership from DDGM Hossain Shamsoddin Vostakalaei of Talavera Masonic Lodge No. 273 to DDGM Rommel Rico Angara of Kasiguruhan Masonic Lodge No. 423.

And in recognition of DDGM Hossain's exceptional tenure in leading MD Nueva Ecija East and Aurora which earned him the recognition as an Outstanding District Deputy Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of the Philippines, DDGM Rommel presented a token of appreciation to his predeccesor in behalf of the grateful subordinate Lodges of the District.   

Past DDGM Jonald Hernandez of what was then MD Nueva Ecija South and Aurora graced the turn-over ceremony as the guest of honor and keynote speaker that were also witnessed by the District's Grand Lecturers namely VW Afred Leonard Domingo and VW Arthfel Cauyao of Talavera Masonic Lodge No. 273, VW Ricardo Yerro and VW Jovito Caysip of Pantabangan-Bonari Masonic Lodge No. 203, VW Ariel Espinosa and VW Jesus Vizconde Jr. of Manuel L. Quezon Masonic Lodge No. 262, VW Roylito Paez of Palayan City Masonic Lodge No. 331 and VW Angelito Dela Cruz of Model Masonic Lodge No. 373.

The District's Executive Officers also took their oaths of office during the turn-over ceremony namely DDGM Rommel as Chairman, DGL Alfred Leonard Domingo as Vice-chairman, VW Arthur Ilagan (PDGL) as Treasurer, VW Edison Rivera (PDGL) as Secretary, WB Leo Avellano as Auditor, Bro. Felimon Santos Jr. as Chaplain, Bro. Jovito Flores Jr. as Marshal, VW Shubert Ciencia (PDGL) as PRO/Historian and VW Dirk Elmer Kuizon (PDGL) as Chief of Staff.   

The following Grand Lodge Inspectors for MY 2022-2023 were also installed in their respective assignments in a ceremony that was presided by DGL Angelito Dela Cruz as Installing Officer, DGL Ariel Espinosa as Master of Ceremony and DGL Alfred Leonard Domingo as Assistant Master of Ceremony:

Later that night, the brethren shed off their formal dress as the warm summer breeze accompanied the music of a live band for a night of fellowhip and dancing to be remembered in celebration of "Harmony for One and All: The Foundation of Genuine Masonic Fraternity" that is the road map of Grand Master Johnny Pimentel's incumbency in the Grand Oriental Chair.      

The turn-over ceremony concluded the Craft's annual transition of leadership that kicked off in the 105th Annual Communication of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines on April 28 where DDGM Rommel and his DGLs were regularly installed into their respective offices.
