DDGM JEBONG IN AUGUST: Celebrating the Life of MLQ, an Obelisk Run, and a District Brigada Eskuwela
On August 19, DDGM Jebong with VW Rep. Rommel Angara (PDDGM) of the Lone District of Aurora and Bro. Mayor Rhett Angara of the Municipality of Baler convened the subordinate Lodges of MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora in the historic capital town of the province of Aurora, the birthplace of MW Mnuel L. Quezon who was the first president of the Philippine Commonwealth as well as the first Filipino Grand Master, to commemorate his life and times on the occassion of his 146th birth anniversary. Celebrating Quezon Day is an important event in MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora's calendar, a highlight of the month of August's flurry of District initiated activities that included a District "Brigada Eskuwela" where DDGM Jebong in behalf of MD Nueva Ecija South & Aurora distributed school supplies to 70 students of the Tamale Elementary School in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija... ...and the District "Takbo Obelisk" Fun Run that raised almost P350,000 to erect a Masonic m
